Blacklist Checker

Check if a domain is listed on Spamhaus, SURBL, URIBL, Barracuda, or SpamCop.

What blacklist checking does

If your domain ends up on a blacklist, your emails might stop getting delivered, your search visibility can drop, and your reputation takes a hit. This tool checks your domain against Spamhaus DBL, Spamhaus ZEN, SURBL, URIBL, Barracuda, and SpamCop so you can see where you stand.

Blacklists we check

  • Spamhaus DBL — domain-based blocklist for known spam domains
  • Spamhaus ZEN — combined IP blocklist (SBL, XBL, PBL)
  • SURBL — URI-based blocklist for spam message content
  • URIBL — real-time URI blocklist for phishing and malware
  • Barracuda — reputation-based blocklist for email filtering
  • SpamCop — community-driven blocklist from user reports

What to do if your domain is blacklisted

First, figure out why you got listed. Usually it's a compromised account sending spam, a mail server that's misconfigured, or malware on your hosting. Fix the underlying problem, then request removal — Spamhaus and Barracuda both have self-service delisting tools. Some lists remove you automatically once the issue is resolved. Worth checking back periodically so you catch new listings before they cause real damage.
